Confidential and non-judgemental care
All our services are confidential – your information is never shared without your consent, unless there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s. You do not need to tell us you are a sex worker to receive care, but if you choose to, we will provide additional support in a safe and non-judgemental way.
We understand that people may be concerned about stigma or discrimination, but our team is trained to offer respectful, inclusive and trauma-informed care to everyone who uses our services.
Booking an appointment
You can contact us directly – there is no need to go through your GP.
Call us on 0300 131 7010 to book an appointment or to speak to a healthcare advisor in confidence.
Our team will ask a few questions to help make sure you are seen at the right clinic and by the right person. If you have no symptoms, we can often offer a simple STI screening appointment. If you do have symptoms or need to see a doctor, we can arrange a more specialised appointment.
Appointments are available at clinics across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, including evening and weekend options.
Additional support
We work closely with other local services that provide support to sex workers, including outreach organisations and community groups. If you would like help accessing support with housing, substance use, domestic abuse, mental health, or legal advice, we can help signpost or refer you to trusted local providers.
