HIV Clinic

Outpatient HIV care is available at Nottingham City Hospital (Nottingham University Hospitals) and King’s Mill Hospital (Sherwood Forest Hospitals) in Nottinghamshire. There are clinics running every day of the week run by Consultants in Sexual Health/HIV and Infectious Diseases.

Clinic locations:

  • Level 5, King’s Mill Hospital, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4JL
  • Retford Hospital, DN22 7XF

A once monthly clinic takes place at the Mary Potter centre in Hyson Green, NG7 5HY.

If you have any queries about other aspects of your HIV care, or require some support or guidance relating to HIV, please contact the HIV specialist nurses on nuhnt.hivcnsreferrals@nhs.net  or 07812268514. They will get back to you as soon as possible during office hours.

HIV Peer Support Group

THrIVe are hosting a regular peer support group for people living with HIV. the group is open to all people living with HIV who access care in Nottinghamshire. The sessions are held in a safe, confidential space. Different topics will be discussed each week and these are chosen by those who attend. If you feel a supportive, understanding and encouraging peer support group is for you then call 07812268514 for further information including location details.

THrIVe also faciliatae 1:1 peer support for those who ae not yet ready for group support and also have access to counselling for those with mental health needs.
